Shipping policy

Delivery Process

The processing time usually takes about 1 to 2 business days, but may take longer due to a high volume of orders (1 - 2 weeks).

 

Order Status

We will send you a confirmation email of your order when it has been dispatched from the warehouse. You will then receive another email with the tracking information to track your order status from our Tracking page.

 

Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, we will charge $7 for shipping to Europe, $10 for shipping to the USA and $15 for shipping worldwide.

Order Address Error

Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information during checkout. We create shipping labels directly from the information presented during checkout.

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your item(s) arrives as soon as possible. Because of this, all address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to change the shipping address.

1. We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

2. All delivery times are estimated and the Three Maskateers is not responsible for delays due to some unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.
